Group Information

This 6-week group therapy program is designed to help individuals better understand and manage their stress and anxiety by exploring triggers, developing healthy coping mechanisms, and building emotional resilience. Through guided discussions, mindfulness practices, and cognitive behavioral techniques, participants will gain tools to regulate emotions and reduce the impact of anxiety on their daily lives. By the end of the six weeks, participants will have a deeper awareness of themselves and the confidence to handle anxiety with healthier, long-term solutions.

Participants can expect a structured yet flexible experience that blends psychoeducation, self-exploration, and interactive discussions. Each week will begin with a brief check-in and a focused discussion on stress and anxiety, followed by a mindfulness exercise. Over the course of six weeks, participants will explore triggers, practice coping strategies, and deepen their mindfulness skills. Together, we'll create an open space where self-exploration and peer support are at the forefront.

By joining the group, participants will gain a deeper understanding of their stress and anxiety while picking up practical tools to manage both more effectively. It’s a chance to connect with others in a supportive environment, where you can share experiences and realize you’re not alone. By the end, you’ll have healthier ways to cope, better emotional regulation, and more confidence in facing life’s challenges.
