We are Relationship Focused Therapists who specialize in individual therapy, couple and marriage therapy, and family therapy. As Marriage and Family Therapists, we believe that people crave healthy, emotional connections. From the point of birth, we hunger for emotional attachments, and this need for connections continues throughout our lives.

When faced with stress, trauma, or other difficulties, our capacity for emotional connections can become limited. We can experience feelings of isolation, disconnection, and even depression and anxiety.

At Simple Therapy, we are focused on helping people, just like you, to find fulfillment in their selves and in their relationships. We serve Warner Robins and the greater state of Georgia.
