About Michelle

LGBTQ+ Affirming

Do you feel like you are shouting, and no one hears you? I know how tiring it is to constantly battle for what you want, as you keep telling yourself "I don't even ask for much, and yet I am still met with resistance and disappointment." Do you feel like you are in an endless battle with yourself for acceptance, thinking back to your childhood hopes and dreams with longing. Struggling to love yourself. You may also feel hopeless and angry every time you look over at your partner, feeling as though you have lost the passion and desire you once had. Tired of the slamming doors and late nights crying alone, feeling as though you are talking to a brick wall.

I can help you regain that spark of life, rebuild your confidence and joy, to wake up and feel like you can breathe. To have that love and connection, feel the smile spread across your face once more as you see your partner, or learn to find that joy within yourself as you move to a point of independence. I can also help bring unity and connection back into your struggling family life, allowing for open communication between family members and the ability for you to protect your children in a way that allows all of you to feel safe and heard.

My name is Michelle, and I work with Individuals, Couples, and Families just like you, who have been struggling for a while and do not know where else to turn to get the help they deserve. I work with those struggling with anxiety, depression, life stress, marital or relationship issues, sexual concerns, and identity exploration. I would consider myself a down to earth, easy going, and compassionate therapist. I travelled a lot when I was younger and have been exposed to various cultures, allowing me to provide my clients with an open-minded and safe space; I value my clients opinions and experiences, especially their voice.

It takes a lot of strength to make this first step. Know you are not alone; I will be here every step of the way to help guide you through this journey. I look forward to working with you!
