About Dylan

My inspiration is you. We are living in a world filled with dysfunction at every turn, creating stress, fear, and frustration in our hearts and minds as we try to navigate through these very concerning times. I understand how challenging it can be trying to pursue a life of fulfillment and peace when everything around us seems to perpetuate the opposite. My goal is to provide my clients with a positive and supportive therapy experience, whether this is your first time seeking help or if you’ve had less favorable experiences in the past. I aim to change your perspective on therapy and offer a welcoming environment where you can feel comfortable and supported.

I am a pre-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) and training at Mercer University. My approach to therapy is rooted in a modern philosophical framework, emphasizing objectivity, empirical research, and evidence-based techniques to guide my treatment. In my practice, I use a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Narrative Therapy, Structural Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, DBT, Gottman Therapy, and Family Systems Theory. My work is driven by a commitment to empowerment—helping clients build resilience, self-reliance, self-esteem, and confidence as the foundation for overcoming challenges and creating a life narrative that aligns with their goals, needs, and desires.

I specialize in couples therapy, family therapy, and men’s issues and have experience working with individuals, couples, children, and families. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, addiction, self-worth and self-esteem issues, ADHD, OCD, or more complex issues like schizophrenia spectrum disorders, bipolar disorder, trauma, or stressor-related issues, I am here to support you in your journey toward healing and personal growth.
