About Bailey

Do you need help finding your direction in life? Do you struggle to fight against anxious or sad thoughts that pop up at inconvenient times? Does the weight of your worries make you feel helpless? Does your relationship with a partner, friend, or family member seem muddied with conflict or disagreements?

As a therapist, I find joy in helping people lighten these heavy thoughts, mend their relationships with loved ones, and develop an identity and life path that feels right for them. I have experience working with a range of diverse clients, addressing issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, marital and family conflict, self-development, and low self-esteem. I also have experience working with perinatal and postnatal mothers and families undergoing significant hardship and stress. During my time working in Atrium’s NICU/PICU centers, I developed a passion for caring for mothers and families who may be having a difficult time coping with infant health issues, the stress of motherhood, and postpartum depression.

I earned my degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Mercer University. I utilize Emotion Focused Therapy and attachment-based work to help you recognize, validate, and grow through your emotional experiences. The ultimate goal is to guide you toward discovering your most authentic self and finding a path to self-compassion, joy, and fulfillment. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to navigate life's chaos and uncertainty, and I am passionate about supporting you in the brave choice to embark on the therapeutic journey.
